Melech Essentials Return Policy

At Melech Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:
Return Eligibility:

We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags attached.
Items must be in their original, clear garment packaging with the SKU label.
We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return Process:

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the date tracking shows your order has been delivered.
The item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the return request submission.
For split package orders, the return window begins from the date of the final package delivery.

Important Notes:

Orders that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the entire return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

Processing Time:

Please allow 5-7 business days from the date we receive your return for processing.
We will email you once your return has been processed to confirm the status.
